Day 32

What I did:

  • 2 sets of 18 leg lifts
  • 2 sets of 7 push-ups

Yeah, I went overboard on the fat and calories today.  Free Mexican food at work will do that to ya.  It was sooo good, though!

  1. Not sure if you are aware, but you can add pushups and other calisthenics on MFP too. That way it doesn't show no exercise at all. They can be added in the strength section :)
