Day 42

What I did:

  • 5 miles on the stationary bike in 12 minutes.  I kept it at about 110 RPM, which was about 25 MPH.  My calorie counter thingy claims that I burned 327 calories, but I'm sure it was more.  I was sweating a lot.  Like dripping sweating.  That never happens.  Oh, well.  327 calories is fine to report.
