Lost another three pounds this week, which kind of surprised me. I was not very good over the weekend. I went to Olive Garden with my amazing wife on Saturday. I went over both on calories and on fat. But man, those breadsticks and that alfredo were good! Work was also extra-stupid by needing me to work during the evenings, which is when I usually do my stationary bike and/or the stepper thingy. It looks like everything worked out okay, anyway.
My sister recommended that I start weighing myself in the morning instead of the evening when I've been doing it. I considered it and even have a photo of the scale from this morning, but ultimately, I decided to instead be consistent. Thanks for the advice, though, sis!
Oh, and the end of Week 4 weight up there ⇧ is actually the End of Month 1, since I think the 285.2 that I posted last Monday was a fluke.
