Day 46
What I did:
1 set of 40 leg lifts
1 set of 20 push-ups. The wife asked a while ago when I mentioned that I had done x sets of y leg lifts, "how many can you do at once?" I didn't know because I hadn't tried in a long time. Well, today, I decided to try.
