Barely any change this week, which is both surprising and not, at the same time. I was really good this week, food-wise, with only one naughty day. However, I don't exactly remember the last time I exercised. Was it last week, or the week before? I don't know...
I've fallen back into the rut of "exercising is boring and dull, and I don't wanna do it." I haven't figured out yet what I'm going to do about that.
