What I did:
- Went on a date with my wife. We left the kids with my parents and had the whole day to ourselves. It's something that we look forward to every year.

Lost 30.2 lbs
Today's weigh-in is a bit of a milestone. While 30 lbs is a nice round number, it also marks 10% of my starting weight. So there's that. I'm a little concerned about this next week, though. Thanksgiving is in three days... All that turkey... And mashed potatoes... And gravy... Yum yum yum. Well, great. Now I'm hungry. Um, well, hungrier.

What I did:
- Had a Caesar salad at lunch and pizza for dinner. Bad idea. I could have/should have exercised to reduce the calorie deficit, but I'm kinda in an exercise slump. Not sure what to do about that just yet.

What I did:
- Shot my bow for the first time in at least nine years. There was a lot more walking than I was expecting ('cause I missed so much), but I still managed to mangle the target.

What I did:
- Pounded on a punching bag for about 10 minutes. Only tore up one knuckle, though I'm a little worried about what colors my hands will be tomorrow. Oh, well. It was fun, right?

Day 78
What I did:
- Wasted (yes, wasted) 2.5 hours of my life getting new tires. Had a blow-out on the way to work. Fortunately, I hadn't gotten very far (maybe 5 miles), so I turned around and limped home. Dude at the tire place said it would be about an hour. Well, it wasn't.
- Slept for three hours this afternoon due to my new antibiotic. I experienced three of the five potential side effects with my first pill, of which "tiredness" is one. Yippie. Nine more days. Ugh. Good thing I had that blow-out, right? Well, my bank account disagrees.

Lost 25.6 lbs
I've lost 25 lbs! Yay! I'm not sure how I managed to drop almost two pounds last week, though, considering that it was my worst week ever. Maybe I was walking more than I thought. I dunno. My wife is both proud of me and mad at me. Sorry, honey. I don't know what to tell you.

- 10 miles on the stationary bike in 30 mins. That's 20 MPH. I can maths.

Day 66
What I did:
- Can I pull the lame "walked around a whole bunch" thing again? Actually, I guess I wasn't walking. Just kinda standing around all day. My back is killing me...
- Had my worst food day since I started tracking it. I was at a conference that included lunch and a meet-and-greet afterward, where little appetizers flowed like things that flow really fast. There were also tables with cookies. I managed to walk past two of them, but didn't make it past the third. Which reminds me: I didn't log the cookie... Be right back... :S

- 7 miles on the stationary bike in 20 minutes. That's a little more than 20 MPH, I think. I wasn't really paying attention to the speed this time. Too busy watching Dirty Rotten Scoundrels.

Lost 23.8 lbs
Zero pounds net gain/loss. That's kinda nifty, I guess. I'm not really surprised. I seem to have gotten complacent. And by "complacent", I mean lazy. I didn't exercise at all this week, and I wasn't very careful with the food and the eating. I haven't been sleeping very well lately, and I wouldn't be surprised if the two are connected. I'll just have to do better.
