Day 1

What I did:

  • Walked over a mile in under 15 minutes (more details)
  • 16 push-ups throughout the day
  • 20 side crunches (10 per side)

What I didn't:
  • Drink a Dr. Pepper with my lunch, though I'm not sure that the pink lemonade that replaced it was much better...
