Day 187

What I did:

  • 2 sets of 15 reps of: biceps curls, overhead presses, and lateral dumbbell raises, all with 10-lb dumbbells
  • 2 sets of 10 reps of triceps extensions
  • 2 sets of 30 reps of half-crunches and leg lifts
  • About three hours of hauling a vacuum cleaner around the house
