Day 191

What I did:

  • 2 sets of 30 reps of leg lifts and crunches
  • 2 sets of 15 reps of biceps curls and lateral dumbbell lifts, each with 10-lb dumbbells
  • 2 sets of 10 reps of triceps extensions, also with 10-lb dumbbells
