- 20 side crunches (10 per side) (easy to do while brushing your teeth!)
What I didn't:
- Stay at work the whole day... I felt exhausted. My brain couldn't concentrate, so I left at about noon. I figured that I'd be wasting both my time and the company's by staying. I got home and went straight to bed.
I'm really questioning my plan to walk in the mornings. I already have trouble sleeping, so it doesn't seem to make much sense to get up even earlier to physically tire myself further.
What do you think? Am I being too ambitious? Any recommendations on something else I could do? My amazing wife suggested that I walk in the evenings, but I won't be able to go until after 8 pm or so. I'm not sure if I'll be willing to do it by then, after a long day of work and all.
Anyway, I'll think that I'll give it a try tomorrow evening. I'll let you know how it goes.
